Return window

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

Eligible for return

• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and invoice required
• Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement

Not returnable

• Customized or energized gemstones
• Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)
• Late return requests

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection, to the original payment method.
