Which payment methods do you accept?
International buyers pay with PayPal (USD). Buyers in India pay in INR with Razorpay: UPI, cards or net banking. You can also place the order on WhatsApp and pay by UPI after we confirm it.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by PayPal or Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–5 business days depending on the item. Delivery is 3–5 days in India and 7–12 days internationally, with tracking. See Shipping.
How much is shipping?
Most items ship free to India, the US and the UK, and cost USD 8 to the rest of the world. Checkout shows the exact charge before you pay.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 10 days of delivery if the item is unused and not customized or energized. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced. See Returns.
What if my payment fails but money is deducted?
Failed payments are not processed as orders, and the payment provider returns any deducted amount, usually within 5–7 business days. WhatsApp us with the details and we will check.
