This page explains what information PJ Teera Gems (“we”, “us”) collects when you use pjteeragems.com, the Grantha astrology desk at pjteeragems.com/grantha, and our Ecom uploads app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, write to us at the addresses below.
Who we are
PJ Teera Gems is an online shop for gemstones, rudraksha and related spiritual items, based in India.

What we collect
- Account and contact details: your name, email address and phone number when you sign up, place an order, book a consultation or message us.
- Delivery details: billing and shipping address.
- Order details: the items you buy, amounts, order status and payment reference numbers (not your card details).
- Grantha readings: if you use the Grantha astrology desk, the birth details you enter (name, date, time and place of birth), any family profiles you add, and the questions you ask and predictions you choose to save.
- Usage and analytics data: pages visited, products viewed, cart activity, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and cookies or similar identifiers. This is collected by our own site and by Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, and by the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
- Messages: what you write to us by email, chat or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, and to send order and delivery updates.
- To prepare the astrology readings, charts and reports you ask for on Grantha.
- To answer your questions and handle returns or refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To understand which pages and products are useful and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To send offers or reminders only where you have shared your contact details with us; you can ask us to stop at any time.
Payments
Payments in India are processed by Razorpay, and international payments by PayPal. You enter your card, UPI or bank details on their secure payment pages. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. We receive only a payment reference and status so we can match the payment to your order. Razorpay and PayPal handle your payment data under their own privacy policies.
Ecom uploads app and Google Drive
Our Ecom platform (the shop desk we use to manage local shop listings) lets the shop owner upload product and store pictures to the owner’s own Google Drive. It uses Google’s drive.file permission, which means the app can only see and manage files and folders it has created itself (an “Ecom uploads” folder). It cannot read, change or delete any other files in that Google Drive. Uploaded pictures are set to “anyone with the link can view” so they can be shown on the shop pages. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone else.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the shop:
- Payment providers (Razorpay, PayPal) to take payments.
- Courier and delivery partners to ship your order (name, phone, address).
- Email and hosting providers that store and send our data on our behalf.
- Google and Meta for the analytics and advertising measurement described above.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and region, and for the analytics and advertising tools named above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the shop still works, but you may need to sign in again and your cart may not be remembered.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and tax purposes. Grantha profiles and saved readings stay until you delete them or ask us to. Other data is kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including your Grantha birth details, by emailing support@pjteeragems.com or pjteeragems@gmail.com from the email or phone number you used with us. We may keep records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons, such as invoices for completed orders.
Children
The shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children without a parent or guardian.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Our returns, terms and payment details are on the policies page.
